At last, after two years of hard slog, my Comprehensive Pilates Matwork Manual and also the Beginners and Intermediate Reformer Manual have now been published and are for sale. It has been a labour of love but it is finally over! Woo, hoo!!!

Pilates Training Manuals

The volcanic ash over Europe has actually been a blessing in disguise to me. I am now stranded in Australia for another week in the sun. It's a hard life but somebody has to do it! However, it has allowed me to finish writing my latest two Pilates training manuals, The Comprehensive Pilates Matwork Manual and The Comprehensive Reformer Manual. They have been a labour of love and finally I am pleased and proud to say that after months of hard slog, they are at last complete! Woo,hoo!
