I am now stranded in Australia for another week in the sun.  It's a hard life but somebody has to do it!  However, it has allowed me to finish writing my latest two Pilates training manuals, The Comprehensive Pilates Matwork Manual and The Comprehensive Reformer Manual.  They have been a labour of love and finally I am pleased and proud to say that after months of hard slog, they are at last complete!
